PRICES As many of you already know, the price of Sterling Silver has sky-rocketed this year following the price of gold.
Sterling silver prices have increased 65% this year alone. Not knowing the future as I don't have a crystal ball, my prices are
subject to change. I am beginning to make a few little pieces in rhodium plated metal if you would prefer the
lower price on cyrstal pieces.
ORDERING Please contact me at the above to order. I can email pictures of work you have seen at shows for confirmation, also. Most items
shipped within the United States are $4.95 with insurance, USPS First Class. Some items are less such as crystal at $2.95.
If you would like other shipping arrangements, let me know. If it is convenient, you may pick up your order at a market or show.
PAYMENT You may pay by check, money order or charge card. I accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Your charge card
order will be processed over the phone. Your information is encrypted and your privacy is protected. Keen Jewelry is required
to collect Florida Sales Tax at 6%.
PRIVACY Keen Jewelry does not share your information, address or name with anyone.
RETURNS Items are accepted for merchandise exchange or credit if returned in saleable condition within 15 days with a sales receipt.
Jewelry is handcrafted for you with the Keen Jewelry signature.
SHIPPING Jewelry can be shipped within 1-2 days if I have the piece on hand. Most of the jewelry is handmade for you, so it can take up to one-
two weeks to complete. Much of the jewelry is one-of-a-kind. I try to update the pictures of major pieces on this website as they sell
or are not available. Since each piece is crafted individually, there may be slight differences between the pictures and your order.
As stated above, most shipping and handling is $4.95 First Class USPS with insurance or $2.95 for crystal sets.
